Game developers are already working on titles for the Microsoft’s Xbox 720 using devkits.
Barely a week after we reported Microsoft’s Xbox 720 will appear at CES in January, and there’s more evidence coming to light to support it’s imminent unveiling.
The developers behind Assassin’s Creed: Revelations have revealed that they are working on a title for the Xbox 360 successor using off-the-shelf kit supplied by Microsoft itself.
They went on to suggest devkits would be delivered before Christmas, leading to the conclusion of the interviewer from Edge – that the Xbox 720 could be unveiled at CES 2012 in January, with a view to releasing it later in the year.
With talk of a 6-core CPU, 2GB DDR3 RAM and a GPU custom-built by AMD, we’re very excited to get on that plane to Vegas for CES 2012.
