The Good Life is back up on Kickstarter

Latest from the mind behind Deadly Premonition and D4 takes another swing at life.

I've been a tad hesitant to report on this, largely because the game's creator, Swery , is something of a friendly acquaintance. This comes with my living in the same general region of Japan, but I was an unironic fan of Deadly Premonition long before I ran into him at my local train station.

That out of the way, the man recently tweeted that The Good Life, a sort of eccentric life simulation thing that will no doubt be truly bizarre, is back up on Kickstarter. It's looking prettier than before, and in the couple of days since launching had made decent strides towards its goal of 68 million yen (830-830 thousand AUD) goal.

There's a load of information on the The Good Life's Kickstarter page, and while this is a game that likely won't appear to everyone, it's worth a look at because if it appeals to you, odds are that it will appeal to you a lot.

Presently, The Good Life is targeting a late 2019 release for PC and PS4.
