I threw out most of it, I just kept the decent notes. Why should I throw it out if I might need it for uni? That is, if I get into uni. :/ I don't think I went particularly well tbh. Vito Cassisi: Tech Blog

Yeah. I was accepted into a traineeship anyway, so I have a backup. Anyway, I don't want to take this offtopic. Vito Cassisi: Tech Blog

What you need to do Nat, is fill your pool with demineralized water. It doesn't conduct electricity so shouldn't harm your laptop. It just might stuff up the cooling fan though as it's not designed to pump water. Disclaimer: if you try this and you smoke your laptop, don't blame me.

I wouldn't care how many people told me it was safe. ( it's not, by the way) I shouldn't joke about this stuff, You never know what sort of fool might read it and decide to try it. They'd get an entry in the Darwin awards and I'd get a guilty conscience.

If you did that (even assuming you kept the PSU out of the water), all the exposed electrics would slowly electrolyse the water. I dare say it woudln't work very well.
