I am running Windows 7 x64 and as of about a week ago the website www.theonewebsite.com keeps opening up whenever I turn on the computer.

I have checked that it is not my default homepage as well as scanning with Adaware and Malwarebytes, but they haven't helped. I am not skilled in understanding Hijackthis logs but I have included it for anyone who is.

Thanks.

It does sound like a virus to me.
You could try another AV package, such as avg free, or you could pay for symantec. its pretty cheap for a one pc license, and i have no problem with it. I think microsoft have also released an AV package, which is free, but I don't know much about it.
otherwise, you could try removing the startup command manually with msconfig, although this wouldn't actually remove the problem from your system.

If it can't be fixed with old fencing wire, buy some new fencing wire...
