OK. A few things Rob.
1st and foremost. punctuate your post. You want people to help you and you publish an unintelligible ramble totally devoid of structure. Christ mate did you read it before hitting the Post button?

2nd. If you look through the forums you'll notice that there's one called "tech support". need I say more?

3rd. Unplug everything from the mobo that's not needed to boot the system. limit it to the hard drive, 1 stick of ram and if it has integrated graphics unplug the graphics card and use that. In fact you could even leave out the hard drive and the system should still bring up the post screen.

if that works, power it down and fit your hard and DVD drives and put your OS of choice boot disk in and try booting again.

If it didn't work, try it with your other stick of ram, assuming you have 2.
If that works, add components till it fails.

Of course if it didn't boot with everything unplugged, your looking at a crook mobo, cpu, hard drive or power supply. Or graphics card if you had to use it.

And for God sake, learn to punctuate, this isn't bloody sms.

Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.

Ask questions. There's no such thing as a stupid one, just stupid answers. (mostly)
