After reading an article, you prompt the reader to "leave a comment" login or register. It says leave comment below, where? There is nowhere to leave a comment.

Same happens here. Some time ago I commented on an article, and there was no problem -- things have changed!

I persevered. Refreshing the page didn't help. I shut right out of the PCA site, then re-opened the page and logged in again.
The second time I did this, the comment entry field suddenly and miraculously appeared.
The technology may not be fully mature...

Well you've got me boys. I've never had a problem as described. So long as I'm logged into the site, the comment field is always at the bottom of the article. In order to automatically log in when you enter the site, you'll need to enable cookies in your browser.
Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.
Ask questions. There's no such thing as a stupid one, just stupid answers. (mostly)

Got the issue with the "leave a comment" ...was going to leave one for the new article on iprimus but can't and I've had the same issue with a few over the passed week - I'm logged in too when I try to add a comment.
For what it's worth the comment I was going to make was:
"so if iprimus's shares are around the 1-2 cent mark how the hell can they afford to pay for telstra piggyback? I think this is an attempt to get more income to raise their share price. I'm really surprised they haven't folded yet...yet!"
...madness be my friend...
