There was a lot of these issues a while back but they had been resolved. I would be more likely to look at you system. If you have cookies blocked or some program deleting them then your not going to get far. Same goes for if you have your browser set to dump temp files and cookies upon closing.

Even if you where to put a tick in the box to say keep logged in @the PC Auth login - and you have your security settings too high, it will boot you and not recognize you - due to blocked cookies - they need verification to allow you into the site.
I don’t really think it's a prob with programs deleting the internet files and/or manual deletion - cos I clean mine out ever 1/2hr or so.
It's more than likely the way he's got the security policy's set. That causes this.
