Has anybody else had problems receiving their "Free" Norton Internet 2009 Security disc from PC Authority magazine which was promised on subscription renewal? I renewed in August 2009 and have received the greatest runaround ever since as to why my disc has not been sent. There were no conditions attached to the offer. Just simply, renew, and receive your free disc.Well. it's now middle of October and the excuses from PC Authority include having to verify my renewal (I have informed them of my receipt number on 3 occasions,) and the latest, is "it was a while stocks last offer", but there should be one for you. Totally frustrating..Terrible way of doing business. I bought the renewal because my Security programme was due to lapse and I thought it would be great to try Norton. How a major publisher could stoop to making false promises is beyond me. I would be grateful to hear from others who may have been caught in the same offer. I only want what I am entitled to. Nothing more. I honoured my end by buying the subscription and I now want PC Authority to honour their promise of a "Free" Norton 2009 Security disc. RonaldoH
