2 weeks before the warranty ran out, my Toshiba laptop all of a sudden stopped working. I rang support, and that same day they organised a courier to pick it up from home. However, after testing the machine for several days it worked fine. Not a problem. They arranged for it to be couried back to my house without any charges. A real pleasure to deal with. And yes, the laptop has been running smoothly ever since. A+ for Toshiba after care.

Hi
Can't say I share your enthusiasm as my notebook was not a month old and the USB ports stuffed up. Tomorrow will be the end of the 2nd week they have had it, the parts arrived in the warehouse a couple of days ago and are still in the warehouse. They have blammed my cables for the damage. Interesting enough I used all the cables on a single USB port on the other side of the same computer and in my desk top without any issues. They are going to replace it under warrantee so thats one good thing. I just want it back as its the back up computer.
Cheers
