Over 6000 respondents bought a wireless router over the past two years and not everyone was happy. First we asked about Speed and Range and, on average, 85% of all buyers were satisfied. Billion surpassed this with 91% but D-Link rated the lowest by satisfying only 81% of customers. Dynalink satisfied 87% of buyers and 60% said they were Very Satisfied which boosted its score.
On average, 76% of buyers were satisfied with Reliability and there was little variance. D-Link trailed the pack with 71% of its buyers claiming to be satisfied. Dynalink came top, satisfying 84% and Billion followed with 83%.
In terms of Value, 77% of all buyers were satisfied. This rose to 90% for Dynalink and 86% for Asus but dropped to 72% for D-Link.
On average 83% of all buyers said they’d buy from the same company again. Linksys and Billion surpassed this with 90% but Dynalink (89%) and Asus (88%) also scored well. Belkin scored lowest with 78%.
Dynalink wins, but Billion wasn’t far behind. Asus is notable for providing excellent Satisfaction, but nobody was terrible.
