To be eligible for this award a company had to compete in at least two other categories. We took all the Reliability and Satisfaction scores and averaged them – and every decimal place counted! When all was said and done, Gigabyte won thanks to sterling work in both the graphics card and motherboard categories. But Asus and Canon are very worthy Highly Commended winners who both competed in a broader range of categories. At the other end of the spectrum Compaq seriously needs to look at why it offers such Poor satisfaction to customers.
