Pros:
HL-4040CN is a good printer

Cons:
No Duplexing.
The picture is not a HL-4040CN and is significantly misleading (looks more like a Brother MFC-7840W). The current A-List Printer is not shown. Get it right guys - this is a big drop in editorial standard.
