Pros:
*Easy to Use
*All in one protection
*Great Features
*Works away quietly

Cons:
*If not using Vista, you will have to manually install Windows Defender
*A little expensive
Windows live Oncare is the my favourite program for anti-virus, spyware & maitinence. It includes virus & spyware protection, backup and has a housekeeping type of tool. I only had it for 90 days and it impressed me. The price is a little high though.
