The Cruzer Titanium from SanDisk is the second most expensive USB key we tested, and is beaten only by the MSI MegaCache. Strange though, that that two most expensive keys tested were also the two with the largest capacities, and also the two that came out far on top. Even when you take the capacity out of the equation these two were still in the top four for features.
The Cruzer Titanium sports a dulled titanium chassis with a rounded body to prevent snags in pockets. It also features a simple manual slide for extending or retracting the USB dongle which lights with a blue LED when the data's being accessed.
This Cruzer also comes with the most comprehensive software suite of the three SanDisk Cruzers reviewed, with CruzerLock for protecting your data, CruzerSync for syncing emails and pocketCache for backing up data.
It's not just the capacity and features though that elevate the Cruzer Titanium, it's also the lengthy 5-year warranty and the speed at which it can suck data off your PC and get it back again - the fastest of any USB disk we tested.
