Like the ASUS CRW5232AS, the Imation drive is slightly shorter than standard full length optical drives by approximately an inch, making it ideal for small form factor cases. A strong performer, it topped both the read and write speed results but was brought down slightly by its cost, the most expensive CD burner in our roundup at just shy of $100. A worthy contender for your dollars, its price may deter those looking at units half the cost given the similarities in write speeds.
