The second of three notebooks with identical bodies, designs, and almost identical specifications, the Targa Visionary 4E proved to be a powerhouse when it come to the PC Authority benchmark suite, ripping through SYSmark2002 and 3DMark2001SE Pro with ease.

The second of three notebooks with identical bodies, designs, and almost identical specifications, the Targa Visionary 4E proved to be a powerhouse when it come to the PC Authority benchmark suite, ripping through SYSmark2002 and 3DMark2001SE Pro with ease.


Speed isn’t everything though, and the Visionary 4E was pipped at the post for an award by the ModTech, which did even better in the benchmarks, and by the Twinhead and Hi-Grade Notino 4400 notebooks, which didn’t, but offered better specs for their pricing.


It was a close race. The Visionary 4E is a highly capable notebook, with some great components including a desktop Pentium 4 1.8GHz processor, 256MB of RAM, 20GB hard drive and a DVD/CD-RW combo drive, all of which make it suitable for work or leisure.
