QDI offers another board similar to the P4I865GMA Micro ATX board, except this one is full-size ATX. As one would expect, it has more expansion and memory slots than it's smaller cousin; however, it does not have onboard graphics, nor does it come with the same degree of I/O connectivity.
The extra $10 grants some expansion, but takes away your onboard video. It's still a fairly decent product though.
