In the mid-1990s a debate raged over whether we would eventually end up watching television on our computers, or whether television would take over from the PC. In 1995 a PC called the MyGeNie went on sale boasting that you could watch TV while you worked...

Works as a TV tuner but fails to deliver on many of its promises and is not particularly user friendly.

PowerColor MTV 2000 USB TV-Tuner/ Video Conference Combo

There are no system requirements specified, however, it is known that a Pentium II running Windows 98 or later and a Direct X 5.0 compatible graphics cards are needed. The system was tested on a Pentium III/700 with 256Mb of RAM and an nVidia Riva TNT2 32Mb graphics card.
