Best Operating System
There's a vast, largely untapped amount of power on the desktop, and Windows 9x was never going to be the vehicle to allow this to be used efficiently both at home and at work. For the home user there is now multiuser capability, remote management, remote support, a decent filing system and high-end hardware support. In the business environment, those people who have been stuck on Windows 98SE or Me are going to leap with joy at the new capabilities of XP Professional. There's no question that this is the best ever version of Windows. The verdict is clear - XP is the platform of choice.
