I've been using this phone for just over a month now, and must say I quite enjoy using it. I will agree that the stylus is very annoying, but as for the rest of the phone it does everything I want it too. I send a lot of sms's, run a few excel spreadsheets, and reference a few word docs from time to time, and all is working smoothly. I can happily give it 9 out of 10.

Well made, lots of goodies and an improved interface make this the best touch-only phone from HTC so far.
