Price at time of review.
Sumptuous design, a fantastic screen and a high-quality feel. Not as easy to use as an iPhone, but far more powerful

"complete rubbish - do not buy HTC"

Pros:
it worked for 4 months

Cons:
warranty is useless
poor quality screen - failed after removing screen protector.
htc service is worthless
Beware of HTC's large screen phones.
Any force applied to them, even taking off a screen protector, is enough to produce "newton rings" and the screen stops responding to touch.
Not much use for a touch screen phone.
HTC refuse to cover this by warranty and refuse to negotiate. expect to shell out up to $500 to repair it. With no guarantee that the next screen won't do the same thing.
Design or Materials fault but they won't cover it by warranty.

"Absolute Rubbish"

Pros:
Powerfull apps like XL and Word.
FM Radio is good

Cons:
1) The #@%$ touch screen works when it feels like it.
2) What a stupid place for the stylus, installed in the bottom right hand corner. I have last 5 stylus so far due to gravity. Poor design.
3) IE crashes constantly.
4) On screen keyboard is a disaster to use with a finger, you must use the stylus.
Nice looking and functional phone HOWEVER, it is clear that the reviews did not use it for more than a few days. This phone will send you to dispare. I am going to purchase an iPhone (hate Apple but they work)

The HTC Magic, available through Vodafone and Three in Australia, may be the second Android phone but it's the first worth considering.
