Pros:
4.5 fps compared to the D80's 3 fps.
Great pics in low light.
18-105 VR kit lens is fantastic...as far as a kit lens goes.

Cons:
Video is a fun gimmick, but painful to use.
Expensive upgrade (in terms of new features)if you already have the D80.
Live view is slow.
The faster frame rate and ability to take awesome shots in low light made, yet still maintain a relatively small body, made it a no-brainer for me. The movie feature is fun to play with but VERY limited in my opinion.
