If you intend to own a monster like this, perhaps you should also factor into the tco a monstrous power bill!

LCD's don't use that much power, unlike PLASMA's. I've got the 46inch XBR Bravia Series and it doesn't give me a huge power bill. Incredible picture quality though, which is easily worth any slight increase in your power bill.
