A great PDA with good quality features except that Blackbeery MAPs is worth zip... nice if you want to Visit Namibia, Peru and one other country, nil support to Australia. Downloaded AMAZE and works well and free (les download).

The Sync with outlook took some effort as well but now works fine.

I'm on an Optus timeless plan with blackberry and no nasty Telco surprises in terms of blown out bills tis flat monthly with unlimited calls and MMS/SMS adn I sit on messenger whilst mobile as well as use GPS on a regular basis (data), so great to finally have one deveice adn one monthly set rate!

Sumptuous design, a fantastic screen and a high-quality feel. Not as easy to use as an iPhone, but far more powerful

A powerful phone with a superb keyboard, but it’s simply too costly to win an award

Surprisingly there's no visual voicemail on our Optus iPhone, but otherwise the phone performs brilliantly with a massive speed boost over the 1st gen model.
