AVG Technologies released an updated version, AVG Internet Security 8.5 on 2nd March 2009. The 8.5 version comes complete with AVG Identity Protection to prevent identity theft and block unknown threats whenever yu go online. There are also more than 300 improvements and performance enhancements. All users of the reviewed version receive a free upgrade to the latest version as per AVG's upgrade policy.

Has AVG made a removal tool yet?
AVG is making more of a mess than ever before. It's almost at same point as Trend Micro were its quicker to format and reload.
