EDITOR'S NOTE

One of the more surprising bits of news to come from Microsoft is that upgrades to Windows 8 will come with a very un-Microsoft pricetag of $40. Something tells us we'll be saving the $40 and sticking to Windows 7 though.

Also, the rumours of a 7in iPad refuse to die, with a renewed buzz around a launch later this year. We also check out Fujitsu's new and colourful Ultrabook, the U772.
