The Deadpool video game, announced recently by Activision in true Deadpool style, is one of those odd games that I kind of want to be good, but also fear that it just might suck balls.
Deadpool is a great comic-book character, but translating the meta comedy and fourth-wall antics of the anti-hero into a video game format's going to be one hell of a challenge. That said, if anyone can bring the guy alive in terms of voice talent, it's game-voice-guy extraordinaire Nolan North, so at least that's something.
For now, though, all we have to go on is the latest batch of screens and art, released late last week at Gamescom in Germany. Huh... even the concept art is a smart-arse... great.
