If you know Atomic even vaguely well, you know we love our Warhammer 40,000 gaming. From games like Dawn of War to Space Marine, from tabletop wargaming to roleplaying, it's one of our true guilty pleasures. I've been playing it forever, and even Reviews Guy Matt is an old hand with tiny painted space men.
That's why the latest news out of Warhammer World in the UK has me salivating. Games Workshop unveiled a lifesize Rhino APC, the workhorse transport of the Adeptus Astartes, on the weekend, and it looks AMAZING.
There have been a couple of Rhino builds floating around the 'tubes, but this is the first official effort, and it shows. Not only are the colours and markings note-perfect, it was painted up by some of GW's own best artists and modellers, right down to the pintle-mounted storm bolter on the driver's hatch.
I still don't think you could fit ten power-armoured Marines in it, but man, it's impressive. For more pics, check out Games Workshop's blog.
