I don’t know about you, but whenever these indie bundle specials roll around, I feel compelled to purchase them if I’m remotely interested in any of the games included in the package. It helps if you’re interested in more than one of those titles—last time I scored the likes of Bastion, Braid and Limbo—but there’s no denying the potency of a good deal + great cause (in this instance, supporting the indie scene) combo.
Those low-price-loving scamps over at Indie Royale are at it again with the Winter Summer Bundle. At the time of writing, a measly $5.34USD will score you eight titles—Harvest: Massive Encounter, The Journey Down: Chapter One, Serious Sam 2, Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne, Hitogata Happa, Acceleration Of Suguri X-Edition, Dino Run SE and AirMech (beta). Fork out a minimum of $8USD, and you can unlock a music bonus that’s normally priced at $5USD.
Most of those titles are unfamiliar to me, but you’d better believe that the low purchase price still has me interested in dabbling in the unknown. If you pay the minimum, you’re working towards pushing that minimum price up for your fellow gamer; pay more than the minimum, and you can assist other purchasers by helping to knock the price down.
Be sure to let us know if you purchase the Summer Bundle and which title has you the most excited.
