Neverwinter Returns!

Neverwinter Returns!

Cryptic, Perfect World and Dungeon and Dragons franchise owners team up to launch a Neverwinter MMO. Huzzah!

Neverwinter was no doubt a game many of you played, and some may have even taken their single player experience online in persistent realms, well, now Cryptic and Perfect World are developing the new Neverwinter title, and it's going to be a free to play MMORPG.

There are a couple of videos, trailers and interviews floating around Youtube, as well as a couple of other must-see websites and videos that we will link below. For the people who don't know what Neverwinter is, you're in for a treat as the developers have kept the starting lore simple and streamilined, while still keeping it interesting and subtle enough to keep veterans interested in the story line.

I must admit, I was only a single player gamer with Neverwinter in the past, though the short time I did spend playing it were some of the greatest RPG moments I've experienced in my 10 year PC gaming history. Neverwinter 2 however, didn't really do it for me, so I've been waiting for a new Neverwinter "fix" for more than a few years now.

P.S. Watch the Torchlight II home page for more information, as apparently there will be neverwinter BETA access granted to those who pre-order Torchlight II.
