Viewsonic unveils monster 22in tablet

Meet the giant-friendly tablet that'll make your iPad look like a tiny toy in comparison.

If you like big-screened gadgets (Galaxy Note owners listen up) then take note – Viewsonic is set to flip the tablet market on its head by introducing a 22in behemoth of a slate on June 5th at Computex in Taipei.

The 22in VCD22 tablet will arrive packing a 21.5in full HD display. Inside there's a relatively paltry 1Ghz dual-core Texas Instruments processor, powering Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich under the hood.

The 1.2MP camera might disappoint imaging fans, but a microSD and micro HDMI port, coupled with three USB ports should ensure Asus Transformer Prime-matching levels of productivity, albeit on a much larger scale.

Pricing and release information on the VCD22 is under wraps for the time being, so stay tuned.
