I'm sure most of you are aware of the horror that is Big Brother. Poland's Ministry of Win, backed by Razer, and basically an academy for pro-Starcraft players, is taking the Big Brother concept and adding gaming to it.
*shudder*
The Ministry of Win was announced late last month, though I'll admit to being blissfully unaware of it. Backed by the Game Zone investment fund, and supported by Razer, own3DTV, and one other anonymouys backer, the house is a 24-7, live-in gaming operation. The Ministry touts itself as "the first professional training academy for gamers".
The house includes a gym, sauna and even a cook, and... wait. They get a cook?! Fuck, why don't WE get a cook?!! Boss!!!!
Anyway, gym, sauna, cook, and all the Razer products you can fondle, apparently, and packed to the gills with PCs. There are three players living there already, and up to 12 more expected. Eventually, it'll host gaming events, stream pro-games, and generally act as a hub for the pro-gaming scene in Europe.
The Big Brother bit comes from the fact that, as of Monday European time, a whole mess of webcams go live around the house. I... yeah. So, get your gaming voyeurism on. For more info on the house, and what it hopes to accomplish, check out the official site.
Now if someone was going to open a Ministry of World of Tanks Win... aw, yeah.
