The Sony a37 and NEX-F3 are due to be unveiled by Sony on May 17th, but the leaky old internet has gone and revealed most of the specs early.
The Sony a37 will come toting a 16.1MP sensor with an ISO of 100-16,000. There’s also going to be a 15 points autofocus with three cross sensors and 2.5-4 stops image stablisation, and face detection. A tiltable LCD screen and 1080 24p video are also expected. All this and it’ll weigh 448g and cost US$600 with the 18-55mm lens this June. The new 18-135mm, f/3.5-5.6 SAM lens version will cost US$800.
The Sony NEX-F3 mirrorless camera will also have a 16.1MP sensor and 100-16,000 ISO. It’ll even manage 1080 24p video thanks to the powerful Bionz processor. This will come in silver, black and white at US$600 this June.
