New 2012 MacBooks to launch on June 11th?

The Apple WWDC looks set to unveil a new line of MacBooks that will go on sale immediately

Apple is expected to launch a new line of 2012 MacBooks at its World Wide Developer Conference on June 11th.

According to Digitimes, Apple suppliers expect MacBook sales to increase in June and soar in July. This would suggest Apple has, as rumoured, a new line of MacBooks which could include the new super thin MacBook Pro, a more powerful 15in MacBook Air, and hopefully an affordable MacBook Air.

Whatever is unveiled we expect to see Retina Displays and Intel Ivy Bridge processing power in all new MacBooks. Here’s hoping the price drops to compete with the ever-cheaper Ultrabook competitors. Check back on June 11th for full live coverage.
