The Beijing Motor show has been attracting a lot of attention at its Volkswagon stand where a car that changes colour, a 3G smart key, and a magnetic suspension model are all on show.
The futuristic designs were put on show by Volkswagon after being submitted to a design competition called The People’s Car Project. The car above changes colour depending on the driver’s mood. There is also a 3G smart key that monitors the car’s fuel level, security and surroundings. Finally there was a magnetic suspension model that would help bring a greener suspension design to future cars.
While these technologies might not become a reality anytime soon, the project will continue and Volkswagon will use the ideas to shape future design.
