The new Apple TV might have been overshadowed by the new iPad launch, but that doesn’t mean it hasn't been beefed up too. Initially we heard it could manage 1080p playback thanks to the (single core) A5 processor. Now that it’s been ripped apart and its RAM revealed.

The new Apple TV has 512MB RAM, double that of its predecessor, along with the same 8GB storage. It also looks like there's another Wi-Fi antennae, potentially at the cost of getting rid of Bluetooth – but this still has to be confirmed.
