Well, damn - this is a hell of a thing.
Coolermaster's celebrating 20 years in the business in style, with the release of the epic Ultra Tower Cosmos II. We - and many of you - have been loving the Cosmos for years, and this new version of the case is taking that love to new, possibly obscene heights.
The Ultra Tower is made of high-grade aluminium, backed up by steel and mesh. It has the new trademark curved rails - not handles! - and swing-out side-panels. The inspiration for the case design is markedly super-car in origin.
There are sliding doors on the IO ports and front drive bays, and an LED fan control. Inside, there's room for a 360mm radiator in the top of the case, and by removing one HDD cage there's room for a 240mm radiator - great news for fans of liquid cooling. The case is actualy 20 per cent larger than previous designs, and there's ample room for cable management all around the mobo plate.
The Ultra Tower boasts 10 expansion slots, and has room for up to 13 HDDs or SSDs.
The new Cosmos II will be retailing for $369, and we've just now begged for a review sample - watch this space!
