Razer teases PC gamers with Project Fiona

Razer's PC Gaming is Not Dead site has a new video that teases a product with an 'all new form factor'. Like, maybe, a PC gaming tablet device?

Oh, Razer, you great big tease.

Here we are, still bleary-eyed with holiday excess and a vague fear of the New Year and there's you, all perky and cherry, showing off your exciting new tech with a wink and a smile. The new video posted on www.pcgamingisnotdead.com is certainly just that - a flirt. Mocking Apple so hard it stops juuuust short of being libelous, the video goes on to very carefully show a hint of form factor.

But what is this device?

Well, we're guessing at a PC gaming tablet, though the choice of games that Razer's using - HAWX, Assassins Creed: Revelations and FireFall - don't look all that demanding. The video is simply called 'Project Fiona - PC gaming in an all new form factor'.

Some think this is the next iteration of Razer's SwitchBlade design, but then it'd hardly be an all-new form factor. And if you look at the 20 second mark on the vid, you can see a hint of the device's overall shape, which is very tablet-like.

Regardless, the final details will drop at CES, on the 10th of this month, so stay tuned.
