Geek tech: Star Wars MP4 player

These might be the droids your ears are looking for.

just because they could star wars mp4 player

If our recent round-up of whacky Star Wars merchandise hammered your bank balance, then lock your wallet away now, as the temptation to own this R2-D2 MP4 player – complete with C-3PO ear buds – may be too much to resist.

The iPod-inspired UI, 2GB of memory and button controls may not drive audiophiles wild with enthusiasm, but any geek worth their weight in midichlorians will override the voices of logic and reason to rock this pocketable media-playing droid.

You can nab one from Toys R Us USA for US$45, although it's listed as being out of stock for the time being. Much to the delight of your wallet – and significant other, no doubt.

I wrote to Toys R Us USA about this MP4 player and got this as part of the response. At the present time, ToysRUs.com and
BabiesRUs.com are unable to ship internationally and only have the
ability to ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
Territories (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and
APO/FPO addresses.
