Apple looks set to put the MacBook Pro on a crash diet, with rumours of a slimline redesign in the offing. Initial rumours of a thinner Pro were quashed by the recent update, but now Macotakara claims that – according to its Asian source – Apple has already finished the ultra thin 15in MacBook.
Convergence has been a long time coming – but now we’re pretty sure that the next MacBook to be announced will have all the power of the Pro with the slimness of the MacBook Air. It could be here as soon as the first half of 2012. Can't. Wait.
