Android Jelly Bean to follow Ice Cream Sandwich?

Google's mountainous dessert trolley continues rolling out the treats

Google Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich hasn't even been released yet, and already there's word of the next portion.

While ICS is expected to bring together the tablet-focused Honeycomb and phone-focused Gingerbread to make a unified OS, Jelly Bean is rumoured to bring some of the new treats originally destined for ICS.

The source of This Is My Next says that Jelly Bean isn't absolutely confirmed as the name, but the list of desserts beginning with J (are jelly beans a legitimate dessert?) is pretty short.

Whatever the name, we're looking forward to ICS and the hotly-anticipated Google Nexus Prime that looks set to be running it first.
