Tech Deals: Steam Summer Camp Sale is on now

The Steam Summer Camp Sale is on once again, with dirt-cheap games available to download from now until July 10.

Okay, so it's not actually summer in the Southern Hemisphere, but that doesn't mean you can't take advantage of some of these great deals on Steam.

Every 24 hours, the digital distribution site will be offering a new swathe of deals and prizes from major publishers including 2K Games, THQ, Square Enix, Rockstar Games, Sega, Activision, Capcom and Epic Games.

In addition to the upfront deals, you can earn in-game prizes during the promotion by completing achievements in games that are on sale. Participants will also gain entry into a grand prize giveaway, which will give 100 winners the top 10 titles in their wishlist free of charge.

Some of today's deals we've spotted include Borderlands: GotY Edition for US$7.50 (a saving of 75%), Medal of Honor for US$23.79 (a saving of 66%), The Witcher 2 for US$50.24 (a saving of 33%) and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for just $6.80 (normally $19.99).

You can also pick up Publisher Packs for even better savings. For example, the Square Enix Summer Collector Pack nets you US$612.50 worth of games and items for just US$74.99 - that's a saving of US$537.50. There are close to 50 seperate items in the pack, including full versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum, Battlestations Pacific, Deus Ex: Invisible War and Front Mission Evolved.

Today's deals are only on for another 13 hours, so make sure to get in quick. You can pool over the assorted deals by visiting the Steam website.Steam Summer Camp Sale promotion ends on July 10.
