Tech Deals: get a SanDisk 16GB microSDHC card for $22.94 (RRP: $99)

Shoppingsquare is currently offering 77% off SanDisk's 16GB microSDHC cards - a massive saving of $75.

Is your mobile phone compatible with the microSDHC memory card format? If so, you're going to want to take advantage of this great deal.

For a limited time, online shopping site shoppingsquare.com.au is offering a SanDisk 16GB microSDHC card for just $22.94 - that's a saving of over $75.

They are also knocking the postage fee down to $1.00 to anywhere in Australia. You'll have to be quick though, as the shipping deal is only being offered for another 24 hours.

MicroSDHC is a high-capacity memory card format supported by various mobile phones, tablets and smartphones; including the newly released Samsung Galaxy S II.

The advantage of an additional 16GB is obvious - it means you can store more photos, videos, apps and programs on your device without running out of memory.

Chief highlights of the SanDisk 16GB microSDHC card include:

  • High storage capacity (16GB) for storing essential digital content such as high quality photos, videos, music and more.
  • Optimal speed and performance for microSDHC compatible devices.
  • 5-year limited warranty.
  • Operating shock rating of 2000Gs, equivalent to a ten-foot drop.

To order Sandisk's 16GB microSDHC card, visit the shoppingsquare website.

UPDATE: The shoppingsquare website appears to be down at the moment; presumably due to a surge in bargain-hungry shoppers. The website has since advised that it will be back in 30 minutes.

That's not bad, this thread has only been open since 2PM today and it's had 1392 hits as of 6.30PM.

No wonder the retailers site is struggling.
