Evernote 4.0 includes a number of new ways of viewing notes such as easy browsing of note attachments and images. It is also now possible to take advantage of a new snippet view that provides access to useful content.
There are also a number of changes in the way the app functions. The creation of audio recordings has always been possible, but you can now create audio notes of up to 90 minutes in length, and while recording is underway you can continue to create text and snapshots that can be added to a recording.
You are no longer limited to adding a single image or recording to a note, and this multiple attachment option open up a number of interesting opportunities. The app also benefits from great improvements in speed, and tags and saved searches can be used to allow for speedy navigation of your notebooks.
This particular update of Evernote will be of interest to iPod Touch and iPhone users, but a major iPad update is expected in the near future. Find out more and download the latest version of the app by paying a visit to the Evernote review page.
