Blackberry Storm 2 coming in September?

by Stuff.tv  on Apr 8, 2009
RIM set to improve on its first Blackberry touchscreen with added Wi–Fi support
RIM is reportedly readying the Blackberry Storm 2 for release this September, and it appears the Wi–Fi support so missed in the original is set to make an appearance.

Slashgear has got hold of word that the follow-up to last year’s Storm will be an even better pro-consumer device than its predecessor, and that there may be more improvements than Wi–Fi support to come.

While RIM is keeping mum, we’d expect a beefed–up camera perhaps some work on the touchscreen. Although we liked the clickable innovation when we first used it, we found it got a bit tiresome and sluggish after a few weeks.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated with any news we hear, but in the meantime, check out our review of the original Blackberry Storm and be sure to let us know what you want to see in next–gen version too.
