Boost your social life with MySpace toolbar

The MySpace toolbar has been designed to make it easier for users to communicate with each other, by adding such features as auto login, instant refresh, friend notifications and message updates.

The humble toolbar has extended its reach into social networking land with an official debut on MySpace. Notable toolbars already exist, with Yahoo7 and Google being some of the largest and more common.

The MySpace toolbar expands the array of user options by placing them in a convenient spot for quick access. The main toolbar features include:

  • Auto Login: Automatically link to MySpace without entering your email and password
  • Always On: No need to refresh the browser for updates
  • My Notifications: New Messages, New comments, new friend requests etc.
  • Google powered MySpace search
  • Friend Activity Updates
  • Update My mood and status
  • See friends' mood and status

The MySpace toolbar has been in beta testing mode since late last year, but it's only now that the official toolbar release has made its official international debut. Cue the applause from millions of die-hard MySpacers.

For now, there's only Firefox and Microsoft IE support. Mac fanboys be dammed, but Safari users are left out in the cold on this one. Though, there's always the Firefox for Mac alternative. To download the toolbar,  check out the official MySpace website.

Only a damm fool would resist the temptation to not download the latest MySpace toolbar.
