Samsung Android phone spotted in the wild

Full touchscreen Google Android phone finally seen after months of rumours

The lack of Google Android phones at MWC this year was one of the biggest disappointments of the show. But Samsung is finally starting to get into gear with its very own gPhone, with a blurry shot of the blower emerging at GSM Helpdesk.

As expected, the much vaunted mobile is rocking a full touchscreen, with HSDPA and HSUPA. There'll also be a 528Mhz processor, according to rumours.

With the HTC Magic already out in the open and LG's plans for "several" Android phones in the second half of 2009, it looks as if this really will be Google's year. They'd better hurry up though.
