Second GTA IV downloadable episode out by 31 October

More GTA IV action with new download announced

We’ve been having a blast with The Lost and Damned, the first downloadable episode for Grand Theft Auto IV, tearing around Liberty City on a “hog” in the guise of biker Johnny Klebitz. And hallelujah, it seems we won’t have to wait too much longer for more DLC action! 

Our chums over at Electricpig report that the second episode will be available over Xbox Live by 31 October 2009. How do they know? Well, apparently Rockstar Games’ parent company Take Two has released an earnings announcement stating that “GTA IV Second Episode Xbox 360” will be out by the end of the current fiscal year. Which is 31 October, natch.

Of course, it could well pop up well before then, but as with The Lost and Damned, PS3 owners are left out in the cold - the GTA IV downloadable episodes are exclusive to Xbox 360.
