MSI claims title of cheapest X58 board on market

At $349 rrp, and likely lower on the street, the MSI X58 Pro claims to be the cheapest Intel Core i7 motherboard on the market.

We can't say MSI's X58 Pro pushes any extreme overclocking boundaries, but they says it's the best value X58 board on the market right now - good news if you're looking at stepping up to a Core i7 system.

You get support for 3-channel DDR3-1333/1066 MHz, 6+1 SATA 3GB with RAID support, 12 USB, 7.1 HD Audio and support for three x16 PCI Express graphics slots, with ATI Crossfire.

Our current A-List Intel board is Gigabyte's GA-EP45-DS3R ($215 at Techbuy), a P45 platform, but if you're looking for the latest and greatest, then MSI's X58 Pro could be your ticket.
