PC Authority launches business centre

by William Maher  on Feb 3, 2009
Whether you spend your days fiddling with Small Business Server, or you need help setting up your first small business network - our relaunched PC Authority Business technology centre has reviews, features, and advice you can use.

One of the biggest hurdles for small business in Australia in 2009 is getting good help with IT. Running a small business is tough, and if you're the managing director, the staff coordinator, the accountant and IT guy, it's even tougher.

Which is why we've created (or relaunched) the PC Authority Business Centre with people like this in mind - it's for people setting up shop at home, or running small businesses and need help understanding and managing IT.

Think of PC Authority's Business Centre as another tool you can add to your list of business advisors - in addition to your IT manager, external consultant, and Google.

What's on the site?

Core IT product reviews: 8 review categories, covering Business Phones, Networking, Notebooks & Workstations, Office Printers, Security Tools, Servers, Software & Applications, Storage & Data

Product Roundups: For many small businesses or home offices, a wireless router will be a core component of their network. We've looked at 10 routers designed for small business/home offices.

Informative features and how-to guides: understand servers, networking, virtualisation in easy to understand language

News and discussions: regular news and small business tech and issues, and you can join in discussions in our forums.

Click the Business button at the top of this page and you'll be take to the PC Authority Business homepage.

We've created this site with you in mind, and if there's anything you'd like to see us cover, let us know by adding your comments below.
